Description

Artist Lisandro Rome Perez presents "Toilet Train" series,
a peek through the bathroom keyhole, in his first solo show at the Magnet gallery. The exhibition includes several of his new colorful paintings in acrylics and oils, and will be featured from Sep 1 through Sep 31.

The "Toilet Train" series examines the outcomes of rigid
societal restrictions and expectations placed on children during the Anal Phase of development. This is a peek through the bathroom keyhole; a look at erotic fascinations, self-censorship, and adult coping tools used to achieve balance between the needs of the self and social acceptance.

Artist Reception is on Sep 5 from 8-10pm.
