Description
This delightful musical from the team that created Ragtime and Seussical re-tells the time-honored tale of a king who gets into trouble trying to be great. In this version, 14-year-old Marcus is about to become the next Emperor, but he hasn't finished reading his "How to be an Emperor" guide. Already, the townspeople need his help. What's a fellow to do? In comes the Swindler, arguing that clothes make the manÑand he has just the outfit. Will someone call the Swindler's bluff, or will Marcus show up in front of the whole town in his underwear?
