Description
Enjoy dancing Waltzes, Polkas and other Victorian-era Ballroom Dances to live music by The Brassworks in the beautiful ballroom of the Scottish Rite Center in Oakland. Sat. April 19, 2008. 8:30pm Cost: $20 Dress: 19th-20th Century Formal Attire. Ages: Teens to Adults. Please bring "finger food" snacks to share. Doors open 7:30pm for a 40 min. dance workshop. A Beginners' dance class will be held at the same venue 3:45pm-6:15pm the afternoon of the ball, for a separate cost of $10 ea. www.gaskellball.com
