| About Mission Rock Café Sit on a deck overlooking the Bay, drink, dance, enjoy top DJs and parties. It's Kelly's Mission Rock, the place for you summer partying. MISSION ROCK CAFÉ open 11am-4pm Monday thru Friday and 10am-3pm brunch Saturday and Sunday. Under new management and a new executive chef Bronson Macomber, formerly from Gary Danko, The All New Mission Rock Café offers a distinctive California Cuisine and comfort food at a reasonable price with both indoor and outdoor seating on the water. The All New Mission Rock Café features both industrial and modern décor, combined with features that have made the restaurant one of The City's favorite destinations for years. Contemporary lines and bare metal accented with pine floors and beamed ceilings are fully complimented by the view of an old, busy shipyard, the AT&T Baseball Park and the broad expanse of the bay. The outside deck runs the full length of the restaurant, backed by high glass windows with a view of the full upper dining room. The view and indoor/outdoor seating options make it the perfect place for dining, rain or shine. Editorial Review Mission Rock Café Same Great Views, Even Better Food By Michelle Sieling (03/21/2008)" My mother’s rule of thumb for restaurants is the nearer the water, the worse the food. Experience has shown that she is often right (Fisherman’s Wharf), but sometimes wrong (Greens). In the case of the Mission Rock Café, now under new management and a new executive chef, Bronson Macomber (formerly of Gary Danko), my mother’s rule is wrong. Sorry Mom. " |
