On-going classes and workshops in Full Spectrum Improvisation--a unique approach that unlocks your larger self and enables you access to the unfettered, daring SELF OF ALL POSSIBILITIES. Taught in a supportive atmospher, this training releases powerful creative energy, imagination and spontaneity. Beyond comedy, Joya's classes activate the full emotional range to create IMPROVISATIONAL THEATER of authenticity and substance as well as joyful, intoxicating play. As a result of enough exposure to this good stuff, participants strengthen their communication skills, presence, ability to trust, ability to access intuition and act on it, ability to take risks, develop confidence and make all that hard stuff look easy. Classes include expressive movement, voice training, theatre games, story telling, acting techniques, uncovering personal material and taming the inner critic.
