Golden Gate Transit (GGT) provides regional fixed-route bus service in San Francisco and Marin and Sonoma counties. Limited service is also available between San Rafael in central Marin and the El Cerrito/Del Norte BART station in western Contra Costa County. Limited local service is provided within Marin County, under a contract with the Marin County Transit District.
