Learn the techniques of making simple, satisfying cheese and yogurt from Jordan Champagne, owner of Happy Girl Kitchen Co., the food preservation experts. The hands-on workshop includes simple ricotta cheese (experiment with different spices and herbs!) and a classic chevre. Take home a variety of the cheeses made and a yogurt starter kit. Delicious!

Intimate workshops occur in a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian in Oakland's Temescal district (BART accessible). An organic lunch is included.
