Dr. Sarah Villarreal is the founder of The Entelechy Wellness Center, located in Noe Valley, San Francisco. Her specializations include relationship issues, Depression, Anxiety, Life Coaching, intimacy issues, parenting support and consultation meetings, and ADD/ADHD, women issues, and Asperger’s Syndrome.

The name for The Entelechy Wellness Center was inspired by the meaning of the word “entelechy”, which is ‘to actualize potential’. Dr. Villarreal has extensive training and expertise in helping individuals reach their fullest potential and living their best life possible. An integral part of this process is exploring interpersonal patterns to help understand current behaviors and situations.

The Entelechy Wellness Center is rooted in humanitarianism and 5% of all proceeds are donated to charity. Each new client is presented with a list of charities and they are able to choose which charity they would like to contribute to.
