Dry Ice Inline hockey Arena, located in Oakland, California, opened up on December 11, 1995. Dry Ice is a roller hockey only facility. No Soccer. No Lacrosse, No Volleyball. Dry Ice is owned by roller hockey players, not businessmen from out of the area. We know what players want, and our leagues are the BEST IN THE BAY AREA.
