The son of a third-generation chocolate maker from Kobe, Japan, Alexander Mozoroff is the publisher of Cocoaroma. Cocoaroma is a magazine dedicated to those master chocolatiers who strive for the ideal that "the art of chocolate is the art of life" and to the chocolate connoisseurs who understand and appreciate their creations. Alex has traveled extensively throughout the world to bring us stories and photography of chocolatemakers and chocolatiers creating the best chocolate in the world. Please join us as he shares the stories of his travels and experiences.
