Berkeley Community Media is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering community involvement and free speech in the city of Berkeley. BCM operates a community media facility providing video training and television production equipment for all Berkeley residents, non-profit organizations, and all government and educational agencies. BCM operates the Public and Educational access station, B-TV channel 28 for all residents to air their productions.
